shipping information
Please note that for international shipments the recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees. Some of these fees may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply to some orders due to size, weight, or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. For any such orders, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Addresses must be able to accept UPS or DHL delivery. Shipping timetables do not apply in the event of carrier service interruptions or errors.
returns & exchanges
