Created as part of PHA’s inaugural Artists Celebration, the ceramic beans are made possible through the PHA Ceramics Studio’s state-of-the-art fabrication facilities and equipment. The unique glazes on each ceramic bean capture the bean type’s colorful resemblance.

About this bean: The Flageolet was cultivated in France from what were originally beans native to the Americas. The beans are ultra-creamy and dense and remain whole despite traditional treatment when being cooked. The ripened Flageolet bean turns an iconic mint green when harvested.
